Mary has a wide range of experience and is passionate about using the latest research and best practices to foster best educational outcomes for deaf students. Before joining NDC, she worked in various educational roles, focusing on helping deaf students thrive. She believes in teamwork and learning from others’ unique experiences. Her dedication to supporting people in reaching their goals, along with her love of working with numbers, inspires her to find solutions that benefit everyone and create a lasting positive impact. Mary earned a master’s degree in Educational Research, Evaluation, and Assessment from Northern Illinois University.
