“Transition Planning for Students who are Deafblind” provides information and resources for deafblind students and their parents as they plan for or participate in postsecondary education and training. High school teachers, transition specialists, postsecondary services professionals, rehabilitation counselors, and other related staff may also use this as a tool when working with students who are deafblind. Topics include hearing aids and assistive technology; orientation and mobility services; independent living; transition success; emergency preparedness; and perspectives from deafblind people and their parents.
