Module Description:
This module explores the complex network of support systems essential for successful postsecondary planning for deaf students. It highlights the importance of intentional collaboration among schools, vocational rehabilitation services, postsecondary institutions, deaf mentors, and community organizations. Through real-world examples and best practices, learners will gain an understanding of how coordinated efforts across these systems create smoother transitions, empower deaf youth, and support their academic and career goals.
