Notifying professors of accommodations

Hello, 

 

Curious.....how do you notify professors that a deaf student in their course will have/use accommodations (ASL interpreter, STTS, etc.)? Do you have a process in place? Are you using a records management system such as AIM, or Accommodate?

Please share your procedures.
