Greetings from NDC. This year began like no other — in the midst of a global pandemic and an insurrection in the nation’s capitol. While many are eager to leave 2020 behind, we would be remiss not to reflect as we move forward.
In 2020, we learned so much about ourselves and our systems. It unveiled substantial gaps and disparities that must be dismantled in order to create equitable opportunities for all. Now more than ever — we must commit to show up and be in service.

In service to you | We are deeply honored to be serving you in new leadership roles at NDC. It is a privilege to be able to serve others, more so during these times.

In service to our communities | We are grateful for the ongoing support of communities that we serve, and that sustain us. These community relationships are deeply important in the work we do.

In service to our shared goals | We believe that we are all working toward the same goals: to empower deaf people to succeed, to change systems and not people.
Thank you for showing up. This work is not something we can do alone. It takes each and every one of us — being in service to others, working in community, and renewing our commitment in the year ahead.
