Bedarius Bell on Why Summer Programming?

Bedarius Bell, State Coordinator of Deaf/Hard of Hearing/ Deafblind Services at the Department of Rehabilitation Services in Alabama, shares his experiences establishing several summer camps for deaf and hard of hearing students.
