Access Coordinator

Smiling woman with long dark hair against a gray textured wall.

Leang Ngov is a Deaf interpreter, Protactile interpreter, and Access Coordinator whose work is grounded in her own experience navigating educational, professional, and community spaces as a Deaf person. A graduate of the American River College Interpreter Training Program, she has worked across community, educational, and national settings supporting Deaf, DeafBlind, and DeafDisabled individuals and completed the Protactile Language Interpreting Institute in 2025 to deepen her practice with DeafBlind communities. Leang joined NDC in 2022 and now coordinates interpreter and CART services for meetings, events, and site visits across the United States and its territories. She cares most about access that actually means something: fair, person-centered, and built around the autonomy of the people it’s meant to serve.
