Kelton Bloxham's Headshot

Kelton Bloxham (he/him) is a Graduate Research Assistant at the National Deaf Center on Postsecondary Outcomes (NDC). A former student body president, Kelton brings leadership experience and a deep commitment to access and equity at the intersection of disability services, student affairs, student involvement, and policy. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership and Policy at The University of Texas at Austin, where he also serves on the Presidential Advisory Committee and the university-wide ADA Accessibility Committee. His work supports efforts to bridge research and practice, using shared collegiate language to help institutions identify barriers, build inclusive infrastructure, and create more equitable learning environments.

Kelton’s approach to disability services is shaped by his early experiences growing up alongside his grandmother, who became disabled after a stroke. Her presence instilled in him a person-first perspective and a belief in the power of communication, care, and community. He is passionate about putting practice into policy and challenging systems to better serve all students—especially those historically excluded from full participation in campus life.
